9.1 Transit Times
Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch (after the handling time is complete):

- Canada (Bio Therapy Mats only): 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Large Items (Saunas): Heavy items may ship via LTL Freight and take 5–10 business days for transit.
Tracking is provided within 24–48 hours via email.
Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other events; Revive Pro Tech is not liable for such delays.
10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Return initiation: Email customer support first. Do not send items without authorization.
- Return window: Typically 30 days from delivery unless otherwise specified.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Report within 48 hours. Provide photos and order info.
- Refund processing: 7 business days (Monday to Friday) after receipt and inspection.
- Exchanges are available for in-stock items.
- Return shipping costs: Covered by Revive Pro Tech for defective or incorrect items; otherwise the customer is responsible.
