This Returns & Refund Policy provides a comprehensive explanation of the conditions, procedures, and timelines regarding your purchase with Revive Pro Tech LLC. We aim for total transparency to ensure customer confidence and compliance with U.S. eCommerce regulations.
1. The Return Window
Customers are eligible to request a return within the return window stated on the product page (30-90 calendar days) from the date the order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
- The clock begins the moment the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Freight) confirms delivery to your address.
- Requests submitted outside the return window will be automatically rejected.
- This window applies to all requests, including refunds, exchanges, and store credit.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive in a non-perfect state.
- Eligible Scenarios: Damage during transit, manufacturer defects, shipping errors (wrong item), or missing components.
- Non-Eligible Scenarios: Exchanges for different colors, sizes, or models are treated as a return (see Section 6) and a new purchase.
- Process: Once your exchange is approved, we ship the replacement item at our expense. If the item is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent model or a full refund.
3. No Restocking Fees
We believe in fair pricing. Revive Pro Tech does not charge a restocking fee for standard items returned in their original, unopened packaging.
- Condition-Based Deductions: If an item is returned used, dirty, or with missing original packaging materials (e.g., custom foam inserts or accessory bags), we reserve the right to deduct up to 25% of the refund value to cover the loss in item value.
4. Return Eligibility Requirements (The "Resalable" Standard)
To receive a full refund, the following criteria are mandatory:
- Unused Condition: The item must be in the same condition you received it. It must be uninstalled and show no signs of wear, sweat, or skin contact.
- Complete Packaging: You must return the original retail box, all internal protective foam, manuals, power cables, and any "free gift" accessories (eye masks, headsets, etc.).
- Tags & Seals: Any factory seals or security tags must remain intact.
5. Specialized Product Exceptions (Custom & Made-to-Order)
Our professional-grade equipment has unique requirements:
- iTorus/iPyramids products: Because these are custom-manufactured for your order (8-9 week lead time), they are final sale unless they arrive with a verifiable manufacturer defect.
6. Transparent Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Paid Returns: If you return an item due to "Change of Mind," "Found a better price," or "No longer needed," you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs paid by Revive Pro Tech (even if marked as "Free Shipping" at checkout) are non-refundable.
- Merchant-Paid Returns: If the error is ours (defective/damaged/wrong item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email. You will not pay a cent for the return.
- International Note: Canadian customers are responsible for all non-refundable brokerage fees and import duties paid at the time of original delivery.
7. Mandatory Return Approval Process (Step-by-Step)
Do not mail your item until you have completed these steps. Unauthorized returns are not processed.
- Email: Contact monica@reviveprotech.com with the subject "Return Request -Order #[YourOrderNumber]."
- Evidence: Attach at least 3 clear photos of the item and its original packaging.
- Authorization: We will respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
- Instructions: You will receive a specific PDF containing the return address and a packing slip that must be placed inside the box.
8. Accepted Return Methods
- Trackable Only: All returns must be shipped via a trackable service (UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
- Prohibited Methods: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), hand-deliveries to our administrative office, or uninsured "Standard Mail" (USPS). If we cannot track it, we cannot refund it.
9. Refund Processing & Bank Timelines
- Inspection: Once the warehouse receives your item, it undergoes a 5-point inspection taking 3–7 business days.
- Initiation: Refunds are processed within 7 business days (Monday to Friday) after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Bank Delay: While we release funds instantly, most banks take 5–10 business days to post the credit to your statement. We can only refund to the original payment method.
10. Customer Legal Responsibilities
The customer is the legal owner of the item until it is successfully delivered to our return warehouse. You are responsible for ensuring the item is packed securely enough to survive the trip back.
11. Our Commitment (Merchant Responsibilities)
Revive Pro Tech is responsible for providing a clear return address, communicating the inspection results honestly, and releasing funds promptly once the policy requirements are met.
12. Return Address
Our administrative office in Arizona is NOT our return warehouse.
- We utilize several specialized fulfillment centers across the USA. Please don't return the items without approval.Â
- If approved, we will issue and send an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number containing the return address. Please send the items to the provided return address.
- Warning: If you ship your return to the address on our website or the address on your original shipping label without an RMA, it will be refused or lost. We are not liable for items sent to the incorrect address.
13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage. If the box looks crushed upon arrival, please take photos before opening it. This allows us to file an insurance claim with the carrier and speed up your replacement.
14. Lost Parcel Policy
If your tracking has stopped moving for more than 5 business days, contact us. We will open a "Trace" with the carrier. If they declare it lost, we will ship a new one or refund you. Note: We do not refund for items stolen after confirmed delivery ("Porch Piracy").
15. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order is sent to fulfillment and may have already been palletized or moved to production. In these cases, the Return Policy applies.
16. Lost or Missing Return Shipments
If you ship a return and it is lost by the carrier, the customer must file a claim with their chosen carrier. Revive Pro Tech cannot refund an item we never received. This is why Insurance on your return label is highly recommended.
17. Late or Missing Refunds
If 15 days have passed since your tracking showed "Delivered" at our warehouse and you have no refund, please email us immediately. We will investigate the warehouse receipt logs.
18. Unauthorized Returns
Items sent back without an RMA number will be held for 14 days. If the customer does not provide a return shipping label to take the item back, the item will be donated or disposed of with no refund issued.
19. Policy Abuse Prevention
We monitor return frequency. Customers who return more than 3 high-value items in a 12-month period may be restricted from future purchases to protect our ability to offer free shipping to others.
20. Fraud & Safety Protection
Any attempt to return a "swapped" item (a different, older, or broken unit not sold by us) is considered fraud. We record all serial numbers and will report fraudulent return attempts to the relevant authorities.
