Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes in detail how Revive Pro Tech LLC processes, ships, delivers, and manages customer orders. This policy is drafted to meet the U.S. and Canadian consumer protection standards and best practices for eCommerce transparency.

1. Shipping Destinations

Revive Pro Tech currently ships to the following destinations:

  • United States: All eligible products are shipped within the United States.
  • Canada: Only Bio Therapy Mats are eligible for shipment to Canada. All other products are restricted from Canadian delivery. If any customers want to buy any products other than the Bio mats items, they have to contact our customer service first. We will try to help them get the products.
  • Orders placed for unsupported destinations or restricted products will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

2. Product Pricing, Display & Currency

  • All product prices are clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout.
  • United States: Charged in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Canada: Charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Prices are Sales Tax/VAT excluded unless otherwise stated. Revive Pro Tech does not add hidden fees or post-checkout charges.

3. Shipping Rates & Costs

  • United States: Free Standard Shipping is provided on all eligible orders.
  • Canada: Free Standard Shipping is provided on eligible Bio Therapy Mats orders.
  • If paid shipping options become available in the future, all costs will be transparently displayed before payment.

4. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from facilities located in the United States. Orders are handed over to reputable third-party logistics and courier services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Freight carriers).

5. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) on business days qualify for processing to begin that day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.

6. Order Processing & Handling Times

All orders undergo verification for payment authorization and fraud prevention. Handling times vary by product type to ensure quality and custom assembly:

7. Transit Times

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch (after the handling time is complete):

  • United States: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Canada (Bio Therapy Mats only): 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Large Items (Saunas): Heavy items may ship via LTL Freight and take 5–10 business days for transit.

8. Shipment Tracking & Notifications

Tracking numbers are issued once the order is shipped. Customers receive tracking information within 24–48 hours after dispatch via email.

9. Packaging & Order Protection

Products are packed securely using protective materials suitable for high-value wellness technology. We prioritize packaging that minimizes the risk of damage during transportation.

10. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details. Revive Pro Tech is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not entered the shipping stage. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

12. Shipping Address Changes

Requests to change the shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

13. Failed Delivery & Missed Attempts

If a delivery fails due to customer absence or incorrect address, carriers may attempt redelivery. Additional reshipping fees may apply if the item is returned to us.

14. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Reports of damage or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required: Order number, detailed description, and clear photos/videos of the item, packaging, and labels.
  • Verified claims may result in a replacement, partial/full refund, or store credit.

15. Lost or Stalled Shipments

If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact support. Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier before a resolution (replacement or refund) is issued.

16. Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer

Delivery is considered complete once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

17. Sales Tax, Customs & Import Fees

  • U.S. Orders: May include applicable state or local sales tax at checkout.
  • Canadian Orders: Subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

18. Customer & Merchant Responsibilities

  • Customer: Provide accurate info, monitor tracking, and comply with import regulations.
  • Revive Pro Tech: Accurate fulfillment, secure packaging, and providing tracking info.

19. Invoices & Documentation

Digital invoices are issued via email. Shipping and customs documents are prepared according to carrier requirements.

20. Sustainability

We aim to minimize environmental impact by using recyclable packaging and optimizing box sizes to reduce waste.

21. Security & Compliance

Orders undergo fraud screening. Revive Pro Tech reserves the right to cancel or refund orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
