Monica grew up immersed in movement and outdoor adventure. She began swimming competitively at a very young age and spent countless hours in the ocean bodysurfing before eventually learning to surf. As she grew older, that love for movement expanded into snowboarding and rock climbing.

Living an active lifestyle teaches an important lesson early. When you push your body, recovery becomes essential.

This understanding eventually led Monica into a professional career in therapeutic bodywork.

She specialized in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and structural alignment therapy. Her work focused on restoring mobility, relieving chronic tension, and helping the body recover from repetitive stress and injury.

Over the years she worked with a wide range of clients including athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, and blue collar workers dealing with physically demanding jobs and overuse injuries.

These experiences created a deep understanding of how physical stress accumulates in the body and how important proper recovery is for long term health and resilience.

Today, as a mother of three, Monica has experienced many different chapters of life and understands the changing demands placed on the body, energy levels, and nervous system through those stages.

From athletic performance and outdoor adventure to pregnancy, parenting, and daily responsibilities, each stage requires a thoughtful approach to recovery and wellbeing.

Through years of working closely with clients, Monica noticed a consistent challenge.
